While vehicle redesigns don't always work out for the best, we here at East Coast Honda are happy to announce that our favorite automaker's recent redesign of the Honda CR-V has worked out for the best. If you're wondering why or looking for proof, just look at the vehicle's latest accolade.

The recent redesigned Honda CR-V crossover won the Cars.com "Top Redesign of the Year" award for 2012. Incorporating a number of upgraded features and an overall refresh in the design department, the Honda CR-V has achieved high-praise from Cars.com who also made a point to commend the vehicle in the sales category.

Kelsey Mays, Industry Analyst at Cars.com explains, "Not all redesigns are equally successful, but the...CR-V scored big among top-selling models...the CR-V has been equally popular among shoppers and has also been a Cars.com favorite this year, winning the Cars.com/USA Today Compact SUV Shootout."1
