The Amaze is a no-nonsense sub-compact with a surprisingly efficient engine.
Drivers can choose between a 1.5-liter diesel engine and a 1.2-liter gasoline engine. In India, the price of diesel fuel is subsidized by the government so it is typically 28 percent cheaper than traditional gas. With sales of diesel vehicles in India rising 27 percent since April of last year, we are certainly hoping that trend continues.
