A Little Holiday Magic from Honda to Those in Need

The annual Happy Honda Days event was extended a bit this year so the automaker could help bring some joy and fun to hospitalized children in Southern California! Teaming up with the folks at Oculus, the company behind the Oculus Rift VR headset, they created a virtual reality experience called Candy Cane Lane for the kids at the Children's Hospital of Orange County.

The experience was a virtual sleigh ride through a gorgeous winter landscape with lights and fireworks all around. Susie Rossick, assistant vice president at Honda Auto Marketing, stated, "Seeing the kids' heartfelt reactions to the experience and being able to bring magic to their hospital stay is especially meaningful during the holidays." We couldn't agree with you more, Susie!

If you're interested, the automaker has a 360-degree video of the experience available on their YouTube page, so go check it out if you're interested. For everything else, come on down to East Coast Honda and explore everything that our current selection of new Honda models has to offer. We're sure you'll find the right ride for all your needs.
