Without a doubt, I recommend going to see David Ballard at ECH. When being a car enthusiast; I'm particularly picky when it comes to cars, at the same time I'm still so young and I take into consideration what my parents would say in this kind of life decision. Let me say that ECH has a great selection of cars. I was absolutely enamored by what they had. David was reccomended to me by many of my friends, who are also car enthusiasts. They say, "This is the guy. You need to see this guy, because he'll show you something you'll like." I asked for David when I arrived and he asked me a couple of questions so he can match me with the perfect car. I went in with the typical, "I'm just looking to see if anything catches my eye." After a short inquiry, David looked at the preowned inventory and said he had the perfect car for me. He told me that it was actually the car he wanted when he was my age. I was apprehensive about it at first, but that's because of me being so picky. I was holding my breath as we walked up to the car, but it was love at first sight. It was a 2008 Honda Accord EX-L 2dr V6. Despite it being a 10year old car she looked like she had come straight from the factory. This car was a rare find. 2 owner 10 years old, 50k miles. No damage, interior is mint condition, fully loaded, and it had the bigger engine option that was offered for the vehicle. On top of all of that, it was only serviced by Honda and was well maintained. At that point I did not want to look at any other car. I HAD to have her. David and I walked around the lot, looking at the rest of selection. Each car being a reasonable choice for someone of my age, each car being impressive in its respective ways. With just a few short questions he had no problem with profiling a selection of cars that would suit me. At the end of my visit I kept telling David that I needed the accord, in my life. I kept referring to it as, "My car" and this was well before I had signed anything. This is the part where David really starts to shine. David worked with my schedule, seeing as how the only time I was able to get to the dealership was in the evening. He was patient and very understanding when it came to figuring out when I would have free time to be there. This whole process was very frightening for me. It was my first car that I had purchased and signed for all on my own. I wouldn't say I was by myself, just for the fact that David was there for every step of the way. He understood that it was important for me to get a car that would please my parents, but at the same time would satisfy my standards for performance. He met right in the middle with my Accord. He reassured any anxieties I had about the long term commitment, with buying a car. He was not pushy, whatsoever. He guided me through the whole process, and was extremely humble. My biggest concern was if I would be able to afford the payments in the long run, he offered me plenty of advice on how I can make things work. It was quite realistic advice. David did a wonderful job with connecting with me, he listened to everything I had to say and did everything he could to meet my needs and wants. I never thought that I would be driving a car as nice as my accord, but David made it happen. I'm now writing this a year later, and this is long overdue. A year later and I'm still driving my accord. Every day, this car still impresses me and satisfies me. I'm so very pleased with this car. Which says a lot considering that this is the longest I've owned/driven the same vehicle, I seem to have commitment issues. Haha! I will hold onto this car for my dear life, I'm so in love. This car means so much to me and it wouldn't have happened without David. If you're buying a car for the first time; or even if you're a seasoned buy and still apprehensive about the car buying process.. David is the go to. He's patient, understanding, humbled, and quite rational. He's not going to try to oversell you. He's there to get you a car that will fit your lifestyle and still be a reasonable decision. Thank you so much, David!
