The East Coast Family History
East Coast Honda is a one of Five dealership operated under the group Apex Automotive. Locally owned from here in Myrtle Beach, East Coast Honda began in 1998 after
the franchise was purchased from the former operator, Bob Bible.
In 2001, East Coast moved from 3rd Avenue to
its current home on Hwy 17 By-Pass. After a long
hiatus, Volkswagen returned to the Grand Strand, with the
opening of East Coast Volkswagen right next to East Coast Honda in
2002.
The Apex Automotive
Group operates five dealerships in South Carolina - Piedmont
Honda, Piedmont Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Piedmont Nissan in
Anderson South Carolina; and East Coast Honda and East Coast Volkswagen
